"I want to express my total satisfaction with Mr. Ted Harden and his efforts as a Realtor representing me during a Tempe home purchase. 

  • First, Ted listened to my needs.  He did not waste time showing me houses that did not meet the search criteria provided to him. 
  • Second, I found Ted to be extremely responsive to my demands.  If I noticed a property while running errands, I called Ted and gave him the information.  Within an hour, Ted would have the details on the property and a walk-thru scheduled. 
  • Third, I was most impressed with Ted's knowledge and use of computers and electronic data handling.  I received automated emails providing the houses coming on the market that matched my criteria.  This was extremely important due to the current nature of the housing market in Tempe. 
  • Last, Ted's knowledge of the business process associated with a home purchase allowed me to be proactive.  There was never a time during the purchase process where I was required to operate in a "panic"  mode. 

I have bought and sold seven properties in the Phoenix area over the years.  I found Ted Harden to be the most knowledgeable and professional Realtor I have ever conducted business with.  I would without hesitation recommend Ted to represent anyone in the process of buying or selling a home."

As an out of stater I was most impressed with Mr. Ted Harden when my daughter began looking for a place to live in Mesa while attending graduate school there.
 
 
Even though there is a two hour time difference from IA to AZ, I found Ted was always accessable due to the marvelous technology that he uses.  Whether I emailed Ted early in the morning or late at night, I usually had an e-mail back from him answering my question within the hour. The technology that Ted has available saved us a trip to the Phoenix area to find my daughter a safe and  comfortable place to live.  Ted periodically e-mailed lists of rental properties to us.  Not only did the listings give us the basic information about number of garages,  bedrooms, baths and square footage of rooms, they also included pictures of the outside and inside living areas.  If Ted wasn't in his office, I could also easily reach him on his cell phone.  He made arrangements to view properties and was available on a Sunday to show  rental properties to my daughter's aunt and uncle.  I really appreciated his constant quick communication.
 
Ted took finding the appropriate location for my daughter as seriously as he would have for his own daughter's safety, by making sure the route to and from her school would be as safe as possible even late at night.  We really appreciated his insight about certain property locations not being the best due to having canals inside the gated area or facing the wall near a shopping area.
 
Once we had decided on a rental property, Ted efficiently led us through the procedures of getting the lease signed.  Ted was always the one e-mailing or calling us, not one of his secretaries.  We appreciated that personal service.  He provided phone numbers for the various utilities in the area and gave suggestions about when those agencies needed to be contacted in order to have service by the move in date.  He personally supervised the checks and keys being exchanged as we were still in IA. He gave suggestions about where the girls might get furnishings for their townhouse. Ted exhibited the small town hospitality we're used to from a large metropolis.
 
Ted continued to have an interest in the girls' statisfication with the property even after they had moved in.  Taking time to e-mail and call to make sure that problems had been ironed out, meant alot to us.  
As a result of Ted's guiding hand, the girls are very satisfied with their rental.  After visiting several rentals of other students, they continue to like their home the best.  Thanks to Ted.
 
So whether you are renting or buying from the valley area or from out of state, I would highly reccommend Ted Harden as he will conscientiously work with you to find the property that's best for  you.
